1. Scope
This policy applies to referraltable.com and the public pages, APIs, and related services that operate under the Referraltable name.
Referraltable does not offer user account registration at this time. The service is an informational website for comparing crypto exchange referral offers and fee policies.
This policy describes personal information we collect directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, and from service providers that help us deliver, secure, and support the service.
2. Information we collect and where it comes from
Most of the information we process comes directly from your browser, device, and interactions with the public website. This may include IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, referrer, approximate geolocation inferred from IP for routing or policy purposes, and basic server or application logs.
We also process preference data that helps operate the site experience, including locale preference cookies and theme preference saved in browser local storage.
If you contact us by email, we process the information you include in your message, such as your email address, name, the contents of the inquiry, and any attachments or follow-up correspondence you send.
We may also receive limited operational or abuse-prevention information from hosting, security, and email providers that help us run the service. We do not currently offer user profile fields, payment processing, or direct account onboarding through the public site.
3. How we use information and lawful bases where applicable

Referraltable uses a locale preference cookie so the site can remember the language a visitor explicitly selected.
Referraltable also stores the theme preference in browser local storage so the site can preserve light, dark, or system theme behavior between visits.
We do not currently use these settings to build advertising profiles or deliver personalized advertising.
You can block or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings, but some site preferences may not persist if you do so.
Our website does not currently respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals because there is no uniform industry standard for interpreting them.
5. Sharing, recipients, and service providers
We may disclose limited information to categories of recipients such as infrastructure, hosting, content delivery, security, email, and technical support providers that process data on our behalf to keep the website available and secure.
We may also share information with professional advisers, auditors, insurers, or counterparties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of all or part of the service, where reasonably necessary.

We keep technical logs and operational records only for as long as reasonably necessary for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and service operations.
How long we keep information depends on the nature of the data, why we collected it, operational and security needs, whether a dispute or request remains open, and any legal or compliance obligations that apply.
Support emails and related records may be retained for as long as needed to resolve the request, maintain an internal record, or comply with legal obligations.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
No website, network, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should use the service with that understanding.
9. Your choices and rights
You can clear the locale cookie and theme storage from your browser at any time through your browser settings.
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, a copy of certain data, restriction or objection to certain processing, or withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and we may limit or decline a request where permitted by law.
10. Children's privacy
Referraltable is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the public website.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@referraltable.com so we can review the situation and take appropriate steps.

If you want to ask a privacy question, exercise an applicable privacy right, or request deletion of an email inquiry you sent to us, contact support@referraltable.com.
